National Agent Advertising

The Agent Advertising System encompasses all things advertising. Based on user input, the system could design, build, and deliver customized ads to over 17,000 agents and 77,000 agent team members. This system was before its time as it allowed agents to design with plug and play variable creative elements.  Final ads could either be produced by an approved vendor and/or delivered via digital file.    Being the owner of the entire system, I was responsible for:

  • UI user friendly design 
  • Functionality
  • System Enhancement Projects
  • Creative Asset Development Assist
  • Creative Asset Management
  • Expense Management
  • Production Vendor Management
  • Liaison to all stakeholders across teams, departments, and external vendors
